Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience by providing excellent service and product knowledge.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive foot traffic and maximize sales.
- Maintain high standards of product presentation and store ambiance consistent with the brand image.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a premium or gourmet food environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, analyze sales data, and achieve financial targets.
- A genuine passion for the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW brand and its unique gourmet products.
- Flexibility to work varied retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
