Key Responsibilities
- Support achievement of the store’s annual sales targets.
- Assist in maintaining adequate staff coverage and scheduling.

- Address customer needs and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6–8 years of relevant retail experience.
- Strong product/category knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
