Storekeeper

Job Overview:

Group AMANA, a regional leader in design-build construction, is seeking an experienced Storekeeper to join our Dubai team. The role involves managing all store operations, from receiving supplies to maintaining accurate inventory records, while ensuring smooth coordination with project teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and reconcile all incoming materials with purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming supplies for damages or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Store and release materials in line with requests, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records and inventory databases.
• Handle queries regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, and repairs.
• Initiate material requests in coordination with project teams.
• Keep the store/warehouse organized and secure.
• Tag, track, and manage scrap materials received from sites.
• Ensure materials are stored properly to prevent damage or wastage.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school graduate (university degree preferred).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and database management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
