MANCON Concrete Products LLC is seeking a Storekeeper for their Dubai Industrial City (DIC) location. The Storekeeper will be engaged with the maintenance department and responsible for all store operations, including receiving supplies and equipment, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing scrap inventory storage. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of machinery spare parts for forklifts, trucks, wheel loaders, and other machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all store operations activities including receiving supplies and equipment, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting store transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of scrap inventory.
• Demonstrates good knowledge in the use of computer software applications and database management, as well as administrative procedures.
• Receives all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders. Checks all incoming materials for possible damages, scratches or discrepancies and keeps the management adequately informed.
• Ensures proper storage and release of supplies as requested ensuring proper documentation of all incoming/outgoing transactions.
• Keeps an updated inventory and stock records (record the number and the kinds of supplies) of the supplies and equipment in store.
• Maintains the store/warehouse and records area in a neat and orderly manner. Receives, stores, tags and tracks scrap items received from sites.

Requirements

• Minimum high school graduate – university degree from a professional institution is a plus
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and components
• Good English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with machines like Caterpillar, Man Trucks, Mercedes Trucks, Toyota, TCM
