Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials with drivers.
- Issue materials to customers against Invoice and Delivery Note.
- Process GRS for delivered materials after verifying quantity and condition.
- Create and receive SIV for material transfers in the system.
- Facilitate monthly/yearly stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all receipts and issued materials.
Requirements
- Intermediate Level Education.
- Knowledge of material handling and merchandising.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Relevant experience in similar roles.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Self-motivated and task-oriented.
