    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods; verify quantities against delivery documents and report discrepancies.
    • Manage store location assignments, maintain accurate stock records, and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
    • Pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch following packing standards and shipment documentation requirements.
    • Operate material-handling equipment safely to move stock; maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
    • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to update stock levels, expedite replenishments, and support timely order fulfillment.
    • Maintain basic store records and data entry in ERP or inventory spreadsheets; assist with stock reporting and audit readiness.

    Requirements

    • Inventory management and stock control skills.
    • Proficiency in goods receipt processes.
    • Experience in packing and labeling.
    • Forklift operation skills.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
    • Valid UAE work authorization to work on-site.
