Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for materials and equipment.
  • Oversee the issuance and receipt of all store items, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Monitor and record employee attendance and work hours for payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company timekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on stock levels, consumption, and labor hours.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper and/or Timekeeper, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and timekeeping software.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
