Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnerships aligned with Equally AI’s growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering mutual success.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner solutions effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Represent Equally AI at industry events and conferences to expand network and generate leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or compliance software.
- Strong understanding of the digital accessibility landscape, ADA, EAA, and WCAG standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
