Key Responsibilities

• Advising and executing on entry and implementation strategy.
• Developing strategic operational and growth partnerships.
• Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams.
• Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities.
• Hiring local teams to build a foundation for operations.
• Building critical vendor relationships and performance tracking systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory analysis, expansions, fast-growing startups, or similar.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• An ability to spot strategic business opportunities.
• Familiarity with the competitive finance and technology landscape in UAE.
• Organisational and project management skills.
• A team player attitude to collaborate with peers globally and deliver results.
