Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all student inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Work with students based in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, accommodating their time zones.
- Receive, log, triage, and categorize cases in the Case Management System.
- Monitor open cases to ensure timely resolution and communicate updates to students.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure effective case resolution.
Requirements
- UAE National
- 2–4 years of experience in student services, academic administration, or customer relations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or case management systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
