• Salary Range: 8,000 AED rising to 10,000 AED after probation

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via live chat, email, and occasionally phone.
• Assist students during their payment plan application process.
• Manage inbound questions and outbound communications to facilitate students’ monthly payments.
• Escalate issues when needed to the regional lead.
• Provide support for operational projects, as needed, including data reconciliation and coordination with partner schools’ student success teams.
• Be an internal advocate for our students.
