    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct supervision and guidance to case workers in humanitarian programs.
    • Ensure strict adherence to IRC’s case management standards, policies, and protocols.
    • Monitor the progress of individual cases and ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
    • Support training and capacity-building initiatives for new and existing program staff.
    • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date case records and comprehensive reports.
    • Collaborate effectively with other program teams to ensure integrated and holistic service delivery.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated understanding of humanitarian principles and best practices in case management.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills, especially in multicultural settings.
    • Ability to work effectively and adapt to challenging and dynamic field environments.
    • Commitment to safeguarding policies, child protection, and beneficiary data confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in data management, reporting tools, and basic office software.
    • Fluency in Spanish and a working knowledge of English (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
