Job Overview
As a Supervisor (m/w/d) Geländedienst, you will play a key role in leading employees, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth service delivery at the Leipzig site. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and the ability to manage operations efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and support employees in daily site operations
- Organize and coordinate winter service tasks
- Manage communication, reporting, and incident documentation
- Monitor and ensure compliance with service quality standards
- Oversee planning, implementation, and billing with clients
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training with business knowledge
- Experience working with and leading people
- High level of commitment and reliability
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
