Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Inside Sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with marketing teams to drive campaigns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar supervisory role, with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
