Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing contract delivery in accordance with scope of works.
• Ensure team adheres to all Health and Safety regulations/ policies.
• Update CAFM systems and verify the quality of jobs done by the teams.
• Evaluate risk on site and ensure training is provided to the team members.
• Develop strong Customer relationships and maintain a high profile.
• Manage all technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts.

Requirements

• Excellent customer management skills.
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Experience in managing all technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts.
• Strong understanding of KPI and Service Level Agreements.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
