Key Responsibilities
- Managing ongoing contract delivery according to scope of works.
- Ensuring team adherence to all Health and Safety regulations/policies.
- Updating CAFM systems and verifying the quality of jobs.
- Evaluating risks on site and ensuring training for team members.
- Developing strong customer relationships to achieve contract growth.
- Managing technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts.
Requirements
- Excellent customer management skills.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Experience in managing facility management services including MEP.
- Strong subcontract management skills.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
