Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to streamline processes.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
