Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) system to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability.
- Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to meet production schedules and customer needs.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.
- Monitor vendor performance and foster strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on MRP in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics.
- Proficiency in MRP software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing setting.
