Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring the correct chauffeurs and vehicles are assigned for each booking.
- Source, vet, and onboard new supplier partners worldwide, maintaining ROLZO’s standards of quality, reliability, and presentation.
- Monitor supplier performance, including availability, service quality, and profitability metrics.
- Manage booking margins by identifying cost-effective solutions without compromising the client experience.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships, acting as the primary operational point of contact to ensure responsiveness and alignment with ROLZO’s standards.
- Handle last-minute changes, delays, and client requests efficiently, maintaining calm precision in high-pressure situations.
Requirements
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure in a global, fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling and operational management tools.
