- Provide strong technical support across M365, Entra ID, Windows/macOS, and networking.
- Demonstrate solid troubleshooting, documentation, and ticket management skills.
- Operate independently in sensitive environments.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering VIP/Executive support.
- Exceptional English (spoken + written) and a professional presence.
- Strong technical support background across M365, Entra ID, Windows/macOS, networking.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to operate independently.
- Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and ticket management skills.
- Currently in the UAE (Dubai preferred) or able to relocate quickly.
