    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement credit risk strategies aligned with the bank’s objectives.
    • Manage the credit risk function, including credit analysis, assessment, and approval.
    • Ensure compliance with credit policies, systems, processes, and procedures.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the credit team, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Maintain relationships with internal departments, external entities, regulators, and auditors.
    • Monitor and report on the asset quality of the loan portfolio.
