    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive global subscriptions strategy to drive revenue growth.
    • Oversee all aspects of the subscription lifecycle, from acquisition and engagement to retention.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on subscription business development and sales.
    • Identify new market opportunities and innovative approaches to expand the subscriber base.
    • Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and product teams to optimize content offerings and user experience.
    • Analyze market trends, subscriber data, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in leading and growing a subscriptions business, preferably in media or publishing.
    • Extensive experience in business development, sales, and P&L management.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful global growth strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
