Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks and identify possible solutions.
- Manage and administer user accounts and access permissions.
- Participate in the design and implementation of information and operational support systems.
Requirements
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and server hardware.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and services (DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Armenian.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
