Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in patient access or healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, patient registration, and revenue cycle management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams in a complex healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and industry best practices.
