Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and operational efficiency of patient access services.
• Lead the development and implementation of patient access policies and procedures.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, and pre-authorization processes.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize patient information systems and technology.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient data privacy standards.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing patient access team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in patient access or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, patient registration, and revenue cycle management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large teams in a complex healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and industry best practices.
