Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to staff and students.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and ensure data security protocols are followed.
  • Support the implementation of new educational technologies and digital tools.
  • Document IT procedures, assets, and service requests for efficient tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS), office suites, and network protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
