    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out administrative activities related to TA, such as data entry, reporting, and answering phones.
    • Responsible for the recruitment process and pre-selection of line personnel.
    • Prepare new entry files with employee documentation and selection documents.
    • Support in the preparation of necessary TA reports and meeting presentations.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to produce digital content for recruitment campaigns.
    • Maintain a strong presence across internal and external communication channels.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a similar role or within a People & Culture department.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to generate real-time reports.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex functions.
    • Exceptional organizational skills in managing complex interview calendars.
    • Proficiency in English and additional languages is highly valued.
