Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruitment targets.
