These roles will focus on hiring across areas such as mining and raw material sourcing, logistics, transport, processing, and plant operations. This is a 12-month contract role reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for industrial and operational roles.
- Deliver bulk hiring campaigns across mining, sourcing, logistics, transport, and plant operations roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower plans and timelines.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates at scale.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes.
- Prepare regular recruitment status reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in bulk hiring.
- Strong exposure to industrial hiring such as mining, logistics, transport, processing, or manufacturing.
- Experience hiring for operations, engineering, maintenance, and HSE roles.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
