Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored for the SEA market.
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from innovative sourcing to successful offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with regional hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including digital platforms, professional networks, and agencies.
- Champion a positive candidate experience and enhance Otis’s employer brand in the region.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimizations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and market trends across South East Asia.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR recruitment technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal clients.
