Key Responsibilities
- Source a high volume of CVs.
- Manage challenging recruitment requirements.
- Successfully close positions within one month, regardless of role.
- Prepare and submit detailed recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Preferably from an agency background.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all recruitment platforms, including the use of AI tools.
- In-house experience, ideally with exposure to contracting.
- Experience working in a holding company that recruits for multiple businesses, including contracting.
- Alternatively, agency experience with a strong track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing positions across multiple sectors.
