In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment processes while also providing local HR support, helping DP World attract and retain top talent that fuels global trade.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand recruitment needs and align with business goals.
    • Create tailored recruitment strategies and craft engaging job descriptions.
    • Proactively source candidates through social media, ATS, job fairs, and labor market networks.
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiate agreements.
    • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Negotiate employment terms and provide market insights.
    • Support European Talent Acquisition projects in ATS enhancements, employer branding, diversity, and supplier management.
    • Provide local HR support (approx. 30% of the role) to internal stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Extensive experience in white- and blue-collar recruitment (logistics sector preferred).
    • Strong proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
    • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Fluent in Hungarian; strong English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
    • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
