In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment processes while also providing local HR support, helping DP World attract and retain top talent that fuels global trade.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand recruitment needs and align with business goals.
- Create tailored recruitment strategies and craft engaging job descriptions.
- Proactively source candidates through social media, ATS, job fairs, and labor market networks.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiate agreements.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate employment terms and provide market insights.
- Support European Talent Acquisition projects in ATS enhancements, employer branding, diversity, and supplier management.
- Provide local HR support (approx. 30% of the role) to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Extensive experience in white- and blue-collar recruitment (logistics sector preferred).
- Strong proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Hungarian; strong English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
