Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, and corporate roles including Social Media Managers, Content Creators, Designers, Copywriters, Strategists, and Account teams.
• Partner with department heads to understand role requirements and build hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical or portfolio-based assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a social media, digital, or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of creative and digital roles and portfolio evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
