  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize an AI-powered platform to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Represent MoonTech’s brand and culture to potential candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, especially in the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • A passion for technology and an understanding of the influencer marketing space is a plus.
