Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract diverse candidates globally.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
