Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract diverse candidates globally.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
