Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for the Southeast Asia region.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks, to attract top-tier candidates.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve talent acquisition performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and relevant labor laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
