Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for different departments within the real estate business.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and social media).
- Conduct initial screenings, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Partner with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Promote the company’s image as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.
- Manage recruitment marketing activities — job ads, social media presence, and career page content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the real estate industry (sales, brokerage, or property development).
- Strong understanding of real estate roles and market trends in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Social media.
