    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles supporting Magna’s growth.
    • Source candidates across multiple European markets using direct sourcing, job boards, referrals, and networking.
    • Provide insight into European talent markets, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
    • Adapt recruitment strategies to reflect differences in local markets, cultures, and regulations.
    • Support offer management, contracts, and onboarding for international hires in line with local employment practices.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with exposure to international hiring markets.
    • Experience recruiting for sales-led, financial services, fintech, or similarly fast-paced environments.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with remote and international teams.
    • Knowledge of European employment frameworks and hiring practices.
    • Commercially minded with a strong delivery focus.
