Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles supporting Magna’s growth.
- Source candidates across multiple European markets using direct sourcing, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Provide insight into European talent markets, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Adapt recruitment strategies to reflect differences in local markets, cultures, and regulations.
- Support offer management, contracts, and onboarding for international hires in line with local employment practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with exposure to international hiring markets.
- Experience recruiting for sales-led, financial services, fintech, or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with remote and international teams.
- Knowledge of European employment frameworks and hiring practices.
- Commercially minded with a strong delivery focus.
