Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of effective sourcing strategies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience or a strong passion for talent acquisition and the luxury services sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of an international team.
