The ideal candidate will assist the Classroom teacher in daily activities, implement learning experiences, and ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for children. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Classroom teacher in daily activities and handling of the class.
- Implement learning experiences that advance the development of children.
- Assist children in feeding and toileting, meeting individual needs.
- Ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care.
- Follow nursery policies, particularly regarding safeguarding and behavior management.
Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Desired: Bachelor in Education or English/Arabic language
- Minimum: 1 year of similar experience, Desired: 2-3 years of similar experience
- Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
