Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Oversee vendor relationships and resolve complex payment issues.
- Implement and optimize AP processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Prepare and analyze AP reports, contributing to financial planning and forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and AP best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
