Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and analytics solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, or People Analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to analyze complex HR data and translate it into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global technology environment.
