Job Overview

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the Concierge team. You will be responsible for greeting and escorting guests, handling luggage, ensuring cleanliness, and handling guest inquiries. You will also recommend amenities and run errands as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, handle luggage, and ensure cleanliness.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide appropriate products, services, and information.
• Carry out guest registration and cashiering tasks as per service standards.
• Recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve issues.
• Maintain the operation and cleanliness of the Butler Pantry & Reception Desk.

Requirements

• A diploma or certification in hospitality, wellness, or spa management is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a team leader role within a Concierge or luxury hospitality environment is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
