Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise the work of the team to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and report variances.
- Handle a team of CSR’s providing 24/7 customer support to the Bank customers.
- Conduct Quality calls evaluation for the center.
- Monitor sales performance and lead generation per staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years relevant experience in customer service / Contact Centre.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and analyze information effectively.
