Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid, ensuring personal safety.
• Supervise operational colleagues to ensure SOPs and EAPs are followed.
• Maintain personal skills and knowledge to support team performance.
• Prepare administrative reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, escalating unresolved issues.

Requirements

• Certified Ellis and Associates Special Facilities Lifeguard.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role in lifeguard operations.
• Energetic and outdoors-oriented leader with a professional attitude.
• Strong ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proficient in English and skilled in computer applications.
