Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver seamless guest arrivals, departures, and personalized service.
• Brief colleagues at the beginning of each shift, ensuring roles, priorities, and service expectations are clearly communicated.
• Ensure all guests and visitors are greeted warmly and professionally.
• Monitor and assist with daily operations, proactively resolving service delays or guest concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare shift reports.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure service quality and adherence to policies.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
• Experience working in an international capacity with an understanding of cultural differences.
• Exposure to working with a multi-cultural team.
• Exposure to handling Property Management Systems.
• Detail-oriented.
