Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Villas team to deliver seamless guest arrivals, departures, and personalized service.
- Brief colleagues at the beginning of each shift, ensuring roles, priorities, and service expectations are clearly communicated.
- Ensure all guests and visitors are greeted warmly and professionally, setting the tone for exceptional service.
- Monitor and assist with daily operations, proactively resolving any service delays or guest concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare shift reports to support efficient handovers.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure service quality and compliance with hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
- Experience of working in an international capacity and understanding cultural differences.
- Exposure to working with a multi-cultural team.
- Project Management Skills.
- Detail orientated.
