    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Provide expert technical support and guidance on Your Bourse products.
    • Onboard new clients and assist with platform integration and configuration.
    • Identify client needs and upsell relevant platform features and services.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Monitor client performance and usage, providing insights and recommendations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a technical account management or similar client-facing technical role.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader), and liquidity solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain complex concepts clearly.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business).
    • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
