Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LearnWorlds’ platform users via various channels (email, chat).
- Assist customers with inquiries related to platform features, course creation, and technical issues.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or development teams as needed.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of help center articles and FAQs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, evening shift environment.
- Residency in Greece or Cyprus.
