Key Responsibilities
- Ensure technical onboarding of new hires and adapt curriculum.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs with a focus on value selling.
- Support direct technical questions from E33 application engineering resources.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales teams, and Marketing to align training efforts.
- Create and maintain training materials including instructor-led, virtual, and video presentations.
- Provide regular feedback to stakeholders and track program data.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or Industrial Distribution.
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in the electrical industry.
- Demonstrated sales background with a preference for experience in value selling.
- Strong understanding of value selling principles and customer-centric training approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
