    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide expert technical consultation and support for FreeBalance’s GRP solutions to government clients.
    • Collaborate closely with public sector stakeholders to understand requirements and implement tailored software solutions.
    • Perform system analysis, configuration, integration, and testing of GRP modules.
    • Deliver comprehensive training and capacity building programs to client teams on FreeBalance products.
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system performance and user satisfaction.
    • Contribute to solution design and architectural improvements based on client feedback and industry best practices.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Technical Consultant, ideally within the public sector or GovTech domain.
    • Strong understanding of Government Resource Planning (GRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse government stakeholders.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic team environment.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a technical consulting role.
